We believe that all students should have access to a school that engages them in a stimulating educational environment, that allows them to realize their potential for a promising future in a constantly changing world. We also believe that each of them should have access to a school that is a true environment for growth, that values difference and promotes the development of creativity, openness, autonomy and empathy. Fondation Sainte-Anne devotes all its efforts to achieving this vision.
The solution (Our mission)
In keeping with its historical mission, Fondation Sainte-Anne facilitates financial access to the College for families in need. Fondation Sainte-Anne supports and accelerates the deployment of the reinvented school at Collège Sainte-Anne. It contributes to the influence of the College's innovations in order to inspire both the education and philanthropy sectors. It also promotes the College's openness to its community.

Fondation Sainte-Anne

On January 12, 1992, Collège Sainte-Anne registered Fondation Villa Anna as a non-profit organization to help the school fulfill its educational mission and programs. In 2015, it is renamed Fondation Sainte-Anne inc. Throughout the year, Fondation Sainte-Anne organizes fundraising activities so it can offer scholarships to current and future students at Sainte-Anne.


Christmas 2018 fundraising campaign

Thank you to all the generous donors who participated in this campaign. By contributing to the campaign, donors have offered education as a gift to families in need. The Foundation was able to raise $8,200. This amount will be used to finance the Foundation's mission. A big thank you!

Trek with the Executive Director

The Executive Director Challenge was a success! From October 12 to 21, 2018, our CEO left for a 10-day expedition to Morocco, including 5 nights camping in the heart of the dunes of the Sahara.

Mr. Cavenaghi and his 7 travel companions were able to raise $106,024 for the Fondation.

Last October, our CEO left for a 10-day adventure, October 12 to 21, 2018, including 4 days of trekking in the desert and a stay in Marrakesh!

Together with his travel partners, they were able to raise $106,024 to benefit the Fondation.

Back to School Grand Dinner

On September 24, the exclusive back-to-school evening was held in the executive dining room of the National Bank Tower, in the presence of Mr. Louis Vachon, President and Chief Executive Officer of the National Bank.

Nearly 70 guests gathered to network and share an exceptional gourmet dinner. Under the banner of technological innovations, the evening hosted a virtual reality station, where participants were able to take part in the immersion game. The Foundation took advantage of this great opportunity to make some announcements, including the statement of its new mission (as an extension of its historic financial assistance mission), and also to introduce the new member of Sainte-Anne's family: the NAO robot.

We thank each of the participants, donors and sponsors for their continued generosity. Thanks to you, Fondation Sainte-Anne raised $38,125!

Banquet Sainte-Anne

The 4th Annual Benefit Banquet, under the theme Spring Equinox, was held on Thursday, May 24, 2018 at Beaconsfield Golf Club! Participants enjoyed a gourmet dinner and had the pleasure of hearing the exceptional performances of Léa Weilbrenner, soprano, and students from our music program!

Thank you to all our donors!

Last year's Annual Banquet was organised at the Royal Montreal Golf Club. With $76,000 in net revenue, this was the Foundation’s most successful fundraising event to date. Our sincere appreciation goes out to all the parents and friends who participated.

Message from the Chair

The Fondation provides financial assistance to parents of students at Sainte-Anne’s three schools. In 2018, more than $230,000 was awarded in student scholarships.

Our Scholarships

Scholarship Applications

Scholarships are awarded to students meeting eligibility requirements set by the Fondation’s Board of Directors following careful examination of the parents’ financial situation. This program ensures that the Collège is accessible to all students, regardless of their social background.

To apply for a scholarship, you must first have been admitted to one of our three schools. Applications for scholarships for the 2019-2020 school year are made online from January 1 to April 1, 2019. Responses will be sent no later than the end of June 2019.
